  1. First make stuffing, heat oil add cumin seeds,when splutters slow the flame add red chilli powder, Turmeric powder,salt mix well add washed and cut spinach mix well. Let it cook 5 minutes.
  2. Add gram flour,mix well,cook it on slow flame with lid,stir in between. When it looses the pan take it down. Stuffing is ready.
  3. Now take rice flour in thali,add salt..
  4. Add milk,mix well then add water as per need to knead medium soft dough. Now spread the dough to make thick roti. Take a Kadahi, add water,put stand, let the water boil.Grease the sieve with oil,put the rice roti on sieve. Place the sieve on stand,steam the roti for 10 minutes.Take it down let it cool.
  5. While rice roti cools take 1 glass water in pan,add a pinch of salt let it boil, add the washed and cut vegetables(carrot,capsicum,green peas,cabbage) in it,cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Take the pan down,pour it in sieve then add cold water from freezer immediately.Now the vegetables are blanched.
  7. Now rice roti is cooled. Mash it and knead it soft dough.
  8. Now grease oil to fingers and take small ball from dough,spread it with fingers,put Spinach Stuffing in it,pack the ball, make all balls like this.
  9. Now we are going to steam the balls grease the sieve with oil,place the balls on it. Now boil water in kadai with stand.Place the sieve with balls,steam for 10 minutes,check the balls with toothpick,if not cooked,cook for more 3 minutes.When cooked take it down..
  10. Now for tossing heat oil,add cumin seeds,when flutters add the blanched vegetables.Add salt and Saute it till becomes soft..
  11. Now add red chilli sauce,tomato sauce mix well.
  12. Add the steamed rice ball in the vegetables, toss it.
  13. Mix well put lid,cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  14. Stuffed and steamed rice balls tossed in mix vegetables are ready to serve..
