  6. You need 1/2 cup of rice balls.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  8. You need 1 tsp of cumin powder.
  9. You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup of boil rice.
  11. You need of as per taste Salt.
  12. You need of as required Oil.

Crispy Rice Balls step by step

  1. Grind green chilli, ginger and garlic. Make a fine paste..
  2. In a bowl. Add rice flour, grated carrot, few coriander leaves, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, boil rice, salt, semolina and a little oil. Mix well. Add water as needed. Make a smooth dough. From the dough make a small ball size in shape. Now it is ready to fry.
  3. Heat oil in kadai. Once the oil I hot. Fry rice balls till golden brown in colour. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate.
  4. Ready to serve with tomato ketchup..
