  2. You need 1/4 cup of grated carrot.

  1. Combine all the ingredients, in a deep bowl and mix till the mixture binds well (if needed thn can use few drops of water).
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions & shape each portion into a ball.
  3. Heat the oil in pan and deep fry a few balls at a time till they turn golden brown in colour..
  4. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  5. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
  6. Can adjust spice as per ur taste.
