- You need 1 cup of cooked rice.
- You need 1/4 cup of grated carrot.
- It's 1/4 cup of spinach (palak).
- It's 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions.

- It's 1 tsp of sugar.

- Combine all the ingredients, in a deep bowl and mix till the mixture binds well (if needed thn can use few drops of water).
- Divide the mixture into equal portions & shape each portion into a ball.
- Heat the oil in pan and deep fry a few balls at a time till they turn golden brown in colour..
- Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
